WASHINGTON/MEXICO CITY, Dec 9 (Reuters)The Trump administration, Mexico and U.S. Democrats on Monday closed in on a deal for labor-related modifications to a languishing North American commerce pact which will quickly permit it to proceed to a vote, because the window for passage this 12 months rapidly narrows.
