United will not furlough flight attendants in October as demand rebounds


June 11 (Reuters)United Airways UAL.O won’t must furlough flight attendants assigned to energetic bases when a present federal payroll assist program expires on Oct. 1, in response to a memo to employees.

John Slater, United’s senior vp of inflight companies, cited an “improve in buyer demand and our present outlook for the longer term” in his memo, which was reviewed by Reuters.
