Oct 14 (Reuters) – Privately-held Finnish textile companies agency Lindstrom stated on Wednesday it has agreed to amass bigger U.S. peer Cintas’ CTAS.O operations and personnel in China for an undisclosed sum to spice up its Asian enlargement.
“The brand new entity shall be a transparent market chief in workwear rental and cleanroom enterprise in China’s fast-growing market,” Lindstrom stated in an announcement.
Cintas’ three Chinese language service facilities have about 300 staff, who provide the corporate’s 560 prospects workwear, mats, and cleanroom companies, Lindstrom stated.
