ROME, Oct 28 (Reuters)Italy’s surroundings ministry has rejected a plan by Aeroporti di Roma (ADR), a unit of infrastructure group Atlantia ATL.MI, to enlarge Rome’s Fiumicino airport, a ministry spokeswoman stated on Monday.
